Sometimes people call me and want to speak to someone in the Swisttaler Puppenstübchen Marketing or to the Management. I am a one-woman-company, my own Management, my own Marketing and even my own Dispatch Department. My daily life is ruled by the Mini-Fever. When I started this business about three years ago, I never would have thought that this shop would become my biggest passion. Today I am offering a range of about 3.000 different items and sometimes I even get the feeling like I'm doing 3.000 tasks a day!
When I get up in the morning, my first thought is about the Minis. I have to confirm orders, pick out and order new goods before concentrating on paperwork – when I would rather be packing up some orders! What, the new Minis are stuck in customs? And why are we out of shipping boxes again? A client wants to know the measurements of the drawers in the country-kitchen cupboard? No problem, but where's my measuring tape again?
It's only when my partner peeks into the door and asks with a smile why I'm dancing and spinning in circles again that I realize, that I've forgotten about everything else due to my Mini-fever. This passion for my profession is possible because of you, dear customers, and your numerous orders. I would like to thank you kindly for your interest in the Swisttaler Puppenstübchen.
